The first face you saw when you walked through the doors at LMA Designs was undoubtedly Ellie’s. Thanks to her excellent judge of character, she began at LMA Designs as the head of security and despite being the youngest on the team, rose through the ranks and assumed many roles within the company. Her expressive, friendly and curious nature made her a natural fit for the job of deputy flower inspector in addition to team mascot.

She was always willing to lend a paw—especially when it came to removing excess water from the flower buckets or making sure the couch was comfortable enough for guests, it’s no surprise that Ellie was voted Employee of the Week for 10 straight years, although, between you and me, it might have has something to do with the fact that her mom is the owner of the company…

After a beautiful, fulfilling life, Ellie left us in the Fall of 2024. She is remembered as the true embodiment of the LMA spirit—friendliness, curiosity, and compassion.
